Núñes and Coleman Pitch in at Local Homeless Shelter
Wednesday, June 5th, 2013
It is always good to see local athletes use their popularity and status for the good of the community. Today, Alonso Núñes and Micheal Coleman pitched in at local homeless shelter, serving meals for hundreds of underpriveleged citizens of Las Vegas. "It's the least we can do", added Núñes. "I don't do it because I'm a member of the Jokers, I do it because I care about the community. There's plenty of women and young children among these people, and giving them a hot meal uplifts me as well. Seeing the looks of appreciation on their faces makes it all worth it."
