Chris Collins to Miss 5 Weeks Saturday, May 11th, 2013 Medical officials from the Montgomery Mountain Cats reported that the club's 31-year-old right fielder, Chris Collins, suffered a strained anterior cruciate ligament in yesterday's matchup against the Seattle Sasquatch while running the bases. Collins is expected to miss 5 weeks of action. This year Collins is batting .380 with 6 home runs. He has scored 30 runs and driven in 24. |
