Sasquatch Chill Mora's Hot Streak Friday, April 19th, 2013 The Seattle Sasquatch got more than a 7-4 victory over New York today at Don Corleone Park. They put an end to Jorge Mora's 24-game hitting spree by holding him without a hit in 4 at-bats. But it was no big deal to the Mafia right fielder. Mora seemed to feel more for his team than himself. "I had some great looks at some pitches that I should have hit. I missed some that I shouldn't have swung at. All in all, I wasn't much help with the bat today." This year Mora is batting .318 with 1 home run. |
