 | Golden Eagles Lose Isoruko Yamamoto Saturday, June 23rd, 2012 After the end of today's game between Tohoku Rakuten and Saitama Seibu, Isoruko Yamamoto skipped the clubhouse and headed straight for the doctor's office. After he was removed from the game as a precaution after throwing a pitch, the Golden Eagles had their worst fears confirmed when it turned out to be more serious. The starting pitcher will miss at least 4-5 months with shoulder inflammation. This season Yamamoto has compiled a 4-6 record with a 6.93 ERA in 12 starts. |   |
