 | Juan Medina to Miss 4 Months Thursday, May 3rd, 2012 Earlier today, Ohio State starting pitcher Juan Medina had to leave the game against Michigan because of an injury. Team officials are reporting that he has a torn rotator cuff and will miss 4 months of play. Medina was hurt throwing a pitch and was unable to continue playing. He will be evaluated this afternoon by team physicians. To date this season, Medina has a record of no wins and 4 losses and a 4.12 ERA. He has appeared in 9 games and struck out 33 in 39.1 innings. |   |
