 | Cardinals Starting Pitcher Green Hurt

Injuries are something every team has to deal with. That fact struck home for the Cardinals when after today's game against the Bulldogs, the club found out they would be without the services of Billy Green for at least 13 months. After the game, his manager said of the incident, "You hate to lose anyone to injury. That's always a negative." Green was injured earlier today throwing a pitch and suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. |   |
