 | Wills Picked Best RDL Pitcher Thursday, June 13th, 2013 He's in the early phase of his career, but this past season Buddy Wills performed like a veteran on the hill for the Oregon State Beavers and walked away with the Rod Dedeaux League Cy Young Award in the process. The 21-year-old Beavers star fashioned a 8-0 won-loss record in 2013 with a 2.06 ERA. In 70 innings of work and 10 starts, Wills struck out 78 while giving up 60 hits and 15 walks.
