 | Rowdy Players Suspended by League Monday, July 2nd, 2012 Baseball officials have notified the Stealers and Bums organizations that one of their players has been suspended for "inappropriate and aggressive behavior" in yesterday's Cherry Hill-Palm Beach contest at Tim Raines Stadium. Tony Scott of the Stealers and Mike McBride of the Bums will have to sit out 2 games for their roles in the free-for-all brawl. So far this year Scott is batting .216 with 3 home runs. This year McBride has chalked up a 4.50 ERA with no saves. In 2 relief appearances he has put up a 1-1 won-lost mark and struck out 12 batters in 18 innings. |   |
