 | Gómez Misbehaves, Suspended 4 Games Friday, August 26th, 2016 A press release issued by the league stated that Princes third baseman Pedro Gómez was suspended for "confronting a game official" after yesterday's Bel Air-Whitewater at Philip Banks Field. In the statement the league said, "This is totally unacceptable behavior and will be dealt with harshly." Gómez had a run-in with the home plate umpire during the game and was ejected for vehemently objecting to a third strike. This season Gómez is batting .220 with 68 RBIs, 52 runs scored and 23 home runs. |   |
