 | 5-5 Day for Johnson Friday, June 3rd, 2016 It was a big day with the bat for Ryan Johnson of the Las Vegas Lost at Baylor Ballpark as he bashed out hit after hit after hit to defeat Sanford 10-2. After the game he said, "Guys, it's just one game in a long season. I hit it hard and found some holes today. 5 hits in 5 tries. But my hits are not the big thing in the game. The victory is the important thing. That's the story." At the end of the game Johnson had collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats and a small mention in the record book. He was happy. He had a big day with the bat. And the Lost had won. Ryan Johnson singled in the 1st, hit an RBI triple in the 3rd, singled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and walked in the 9th. This year Johnson is hitting .315 with 4 home runs and 28 RBIs to his credit. He has gotten on base at a .356 clip and scored 26 runs. |   |
