 | Kudara Sensational, 5-6 Monday, June 1st, 2015 It was a sensational day at the plate for Yugoro Kudara as he led the charge to a 9-8 win over the Vikings. The Barrow catcher was pure misery for the Victoria pitching staff. He left them shellshocked with 5 hits in 6 at-bats in an explosive display of hitting. The manager for the Vikings told BNN reporters after the game, "Kudara put the ball into play. He really hit it hard. When you do that, you've got a pretty good chance to do some damage. And that's what happened. I feel like we threw some pretty good pitches, but he just put some good swings on the ball." Yugoro Kudara struck out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 9th, walked in the 10th and singled in the 12th. Kudara is presently hitting at a .270 pace with 5 home runs, 19 RBIs and has scored 19 times. |   |
