 | 3-Game Suspension for Díaz Saturday, April 25th, 2015 In San Angelo the Mustangs got the news of José Díaz's 3-game suspension. The 20-year-old shortstop appeared to make contact with an umpire while arguing balls and strikes during yesterday's game against the Stingrays. Díaz told reporters that he did not grab anybody. "It is one thing to throw me out of the game for arguing, but that is not enough to kick me out for 3 games." Looking at his season stats, Díaz has compiled a .102 batting average and a .193 on-base percentage, while hitting 1 home run and driving in 8 runs. |   |
