 | July's Top Starter Named in BOL Thursday, August 1st, 2013 Reginald Thompson took a much-deserved turn in the spotlight earlier today as he accepted the Buck O'Neil League Pitcher of the Month award for July. The 22-year-old Cyclones starter is a relative newcomer to the league, but nonetheless racked up an impressive 5-1 won-lost record in 7 starts. This month he fanned 37 batters in 43 innings and compiled a 1.26 ERA. Looking at his season stats, Thompson has won 7 and lost 7, collecting 81 strikeouts and 30 walks in 95.1 innings with a 2.55 ERA. |   |
