 | Anderson Stretches Hit String to 20 Wednesday, June 22nd, 2016 Spartans center fielder Ron Anderson is really on a roll. In today's game at The Coliseum he came up with 2 hits in 4 at-bats and extended his consecutive-game hitting streak to 20 games. But the Murfreesboro Deacons came up winners on the scoreboard and topped Sandy Springs 5-2. Ron Anderson grounded out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 8th.
