 | Rosas Racks up 4 HR Against Gamblers Tuesday, June 9th, 2015 It was an historic event at Bloomfield Road today in the Long Island 7-6 win over the Blackpool Gamblers. Jorge Rosas of the Ducks slammed 4 into the the stands to add his name to the record books.
"One homer is hard enough to hit... and 4 in a game just never enters your mind." So said Rosas after the game, in which he accomplished that unthinkable feat.
For the game the Long Island second baseman posted these stats: 4 hits in 5 at-bats with 6 RBIs and 4 runs scored.
Jorge Rosas hit a two-run home run off Sergio Ortíz in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, hit a two-run home run off Sergio Ortíz in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Sergio Ortíz in the 7th and hit a solo-shot off Horiuchi Watanabe in the 9th.
