 | Salazar's Hit Streak Reaches 20 Games Sunday, September 14th, 2014 José Salazar ran his hitting streak to 20 straight games today at UFO Field, when he collected 1 hit in 4 at-bats. "Hey, the streak is great. I hope it never ends. But I'm not happy when we lose the game," was his comment after Rock River was beaten 3-0 by the Phoenix Lights. "The scoreboard tells the whole story." José Salazar struck out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 6th and flied out in the 8th.
