 | No Hits for Peters, Streak Ends at 20 Sunday, August 10th, 2014 Ken Peters's sizzling streak was snapped at 20 today as the Newark Jail Birds dropped a game to the Blackpool Gamblers 7-3 at Cobras Ballpark. Peters failed to get a hit and went 0-for-4. After the game Peters spoke with BNN and said, "This was quite a streak. I just ran into some good pitching today." Thus far this year Peters is batting .290 with 6 home runs, 48 RBIs and 52 runs scored. |   |
