 | ACL Player of the Week Goes to Raffles of Grand Haven Monday, June 30th, 2014 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Alexander Cartwright League, but last week Stan Raffles of the Grand Haven Whitecaps reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Raffles rocked opposing pitching for a .409 average (9-22), 3 home runs and 10 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year Raffles has hit .264 with 11 home runs, 40 RBIs and 38 runs scored. |   |
