 | Cain and Lusty Suspended for Free-for-All Saturday, June 7th, 2014 Phoenix and Silicon Valley were informed today by the league's commissioner that two of their players have been given 9-game suspensions, citing their "inappropriate actions" in the recent altercation in a game played at UFO Field. For their parts in the bench-clearing episode, the Lights Floyd Cain and the Hackers Edward Lusty will be sitting on the sidelines and will not be permitted to participate in games until the suspensions are served. This season in 55 games Cain is batting .282 with 6 home runs, 32 RBIs and has scored 42 times. This season Lusty has registered 3 wins and 4 losses in 10 starts with a 4.70 ERA. |   |
