 | May's #1 Batter Announced Saturday, June 1st, 2013 Kyle Dyce put together a good May to earn the Alexander Cartwright League Batter of the Month prize. A virtual unknown, he made the most of his chance to prove to Newark officials that he belongs on the big league roster. The Jail Birds right fielder posted a .434 batting average with 7 home runs, 37 RBIs and 19 runs scored. In his season totals Dyce has 13 home runs and a .386 batting average. |   |
