 | Takashi Yamasaki Sidelined for 12 Months Wednesday, June 15th, 2016 Fort Worth starting pitcher Takashi Yamasaki left today's game with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. The injury looked like it occurred throwing a pitch in the game against St. John. One fan said, "As soon as it happened, you could tell something was wrong." The injury will likely leave the Cats without Yamasaki for about 12 months. His record for the year is 7-5 in 16 starts and Yamasaki has a 5.99 ERA. |   |
