 | Reno SP Ryan Owens Injured Saturday, August 23rd, 2014 The Reno Raiders will lose the services of starting pitcher Ryan Owens after he sustained bone chips in his elbow while throwing a pitch in today's game against the Minneapolis Freeze. "I'll get through it," Owens said. "The key now is to stay positive." His trainer said he is expected to be sidelined for 6 months. This season Owens has compiled a 12-9 record with a 4.82 ERA in 25 starts. |   |
