 | BCL Gives Outstanding Pitcher Award Friday, November 1st, 2013 The Blake Camden League made the official announcement today. The 2013 Blake Camden League Cy Young Award has gone to Chet Carver of Minneapolis. He had a superlative season, chalking up a 14-12 won-lost mark with an impressive 3.34 ERA. Carver logged 33 starts, threw 221 innings, yielded 174 hits, struck out 177 and held the opposition to a .215 batting average. |   |
