 | Martin Nets BCL #1 Pitcher Award Monday, July 1st, 2013 John Martin hasn't been around the big leagues long enough to know that youngsters shouldn't be winning Blake Camden League Pitcher of the Month. But when you put up numbers like his, you're going to get some notice. In June the Bronx starter earned a 4-0 mark in 6 starts. He threw 35.1 innings, struck out 44 and compiled a solid 1.02 ERA. Martin has a 8-2 season record so far. In 17 starts, he has fanned 117 batters in 95.1 innings with a 1.70 ERA. |   |
