"I'll just spend a lot of time in the training room and hopefully speed up the healing process. Nobody likes to be out of the line-up," explained Howard. The reliever got hurt in today's game with the Chicago Titans. He was hurt throwing a pitch. Team officials had no comment on his roster replacement. During this season Howard has delivered 0 saves.
