 | San Diego Announces Signing of Jeff Brain as New General Manager Tuesday, December 11th, 2012 It's official. Jeff Brain is the new GM for the San Diego Tomcats. This hiring has been in the rumor mill for the past few weeks, but the club made it official today. The North Coast Brewing Consortium (Stone, Port and Green Flash) have agreed to take over 55% of the San Diego franchise renaming it the San Diego Hops. Terms of the deal were not announced. |   |
