 | So Cal Republic Ship Hirayama to Eureka Tuesday, November 29th, 2016 The So Cal Republic have released a statement confirming the trade of 27-year-old catcher Takaaki Hirayama, 24-year-old minor league first baseman Juan Garza and 18-year-old minor league right fielder Luis Galindo to the Eureka Hornets for 26-year-old right fielder Mike Bergeron. The deal was finalized today. In his career Hirayama has played in 212 games, batted .247 with 24 home runs and 191 base hits. His lifetime stats show Bergeron has batted .304 and collected 891 hits, 158 home runs and 508 RBIs. |   |
