 | Earthquakes Greene Suffers Setback Tuesday, November 29th, 2016 The San Francisco Earthquakes will have to do without left fielder Allen Greene even longer than expected. Team doctors say that Greene's recovery from a torn calf muscle has not gone well and more time will be needed to treat it successfully. The Earthquakes trainer indicated it would be at least 3 months before they would consider activating Greene. Lifetime Greene has played in 601 games with a .300 batting average. Among his 668 hits are 128 doubles, 33 triples and 12 home runs. He also has scored 310 runs and driven in 264 runs. |   |
