 | Setback For Hornets and Jesús González Thursday, September 29th, 2016 The Eureka Hornets announced today that Jesús González would be missing for longer than expected as the 29-year-old center fielder recovers from a knee sprain. "Jesús had been working out with the team recently, but felt some discomfort yesterday," the Hornets GM explained to the press. "After re-examining the injury, the team's medical staff decided that González would need extra time to heal. Their estimate is 4 days more recovery time." This year González has 14 home runs and a .298 batting average. |   |
