 | Injury Worsens, Return Delayed For Bandits Raines Friday, September 23rd, 2016 The Montreal Bandits will have to do without center fielder Tim Raines even longer than expected. Team doctors say that Raines's recovery from a hamstring strain has not gone well and more time will be needed to treat it successfully. The Bandits trainer indicated it would be at least one week before they would consider activating Raines. So far this season Raines is hitting .301 with 9 home runs, 39 RBIs and 65 runs scored. He has 103 hits in 342 at-bats and a .376 OBP. |   |
