 | TML Awards Best Batter Prize to Pitcock Monday, August 29th, 2016 Jacob Pitcock stepped up to the plate in a big way last week and today he took home the Thurman Munson League Player of the Week honors. The San Francisco third baseman ripped opposing pitchers for 14 hits in 26 at-bats and 4 home runs. He put together a sizzling .538 batting average as he knocked in 13 runs and scored 9 times. This year Pitcock is batting .243 with 22 home runs and 73 RBIs. |   |
