 | Bad News for Kansas City, Jesús Cruz Hurt Saturday, August 20th, 2016 Medical officials from the Kansas City Tornadoes reported that the club's 29-year-old first baseman, Jesús Cruz, suffered a strained lat in yesterday's matchup against the South Bend Shamrocks while running the bases. Cruz is expected to miss 1-2 weeks of action. For the year Cruz has hit .329 with 25 home runs, 68 RBIs and scored 82 runs. |   |
