 | 25-Game Hitting Streak for Shine Wednesday, August 10th, 2016 The Marauders 24-year-old catcher Bobby Shine has been on a tear for several weeks and his hitting streak is getting longer. The streak is now at 25 games after he went 3-5 as Maple got the best of South Carolina 7-4 today at Bomber Ballpark. Bobby Shine flied out in the 1st, grounded out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th and singled in the 9th. This season Shine is swinging the bat at a .304 rate with 101 hits in 332 at-bats. To date he has hit 1 home run, scored 42 runs and driven in 36. |   |
