 | Bad News For Everhart and Carolina Monday, July 4th, 2016 The Carolina Crush received some bad news when the team's medical staff announced that Jeff Everhart would miss even more time than had previously been expected. Everhart, who is currently out with a sprained ankle, was evaluated by doctors yesterday and tests showed that the injury was not healing as quickly as they expected. Instead, the 25-year-old center fielder will have to spend another 4 weeks in treatment. This season Everhart is batting at a .261 clip with 11 home runs and 37 RBIs. |   |
