 | Yamamoto Hits in 20 Consecutive Games Thursday, June 30th, 2016 Las Vegas's Katsuhiko Yamamoto was 1-5 in the Jokers 6-2 victory over the The Georgia Grays. That stretched his hitting streak to 20 games. In the clubhouse after the win, the 23-year-old Yamamoto told reporters, "I'm in a groove right now, and I am trying to stay there by doing the same things over and over again. If I change something, it might bring me bad luck." Katsuhiko Yamamoto doubled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th, grounded out in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th.
