 | Thurman Munson League Names Rookie of Month Saturday, August 1st, 2015 Youngster Claude Morin emerged as the latest Thurman Munson League Rookie of the Month today. The young man from Kansas City deserved the honor, batting .364 with 8 home runs and 22 RBI. Is the month of July a harbinger of things to come or just a fluke? We'll find out someday, but for now, we'll just let Morin enjoy the limelight. This season Morin is batting .364 with 28 hits, 8 home runs, 22 RBIs, .425 OBP and has scored 15 runs. |   |
