 | Leal Pitches Shutout Saturday, July 11th, 2015 After his 2-0 shutout win against the Cardinals, José Leal said, "I went out there to try and eat up innings and help out our bullpen. I felt I had my good stuff... and it turned out my command was solid and my breaking balls were good." They were better than good as the Grays pitcher put up 3 strikeouts, surrendered 2 walks, allowed 5 hits and kept the bullpen phone quiet all day long. This year Leal has worked 100.1 innings with 32 strikeouts en route to a 8-3 record and 3.23 ERA. |   |
