 | Republic Chill Bailey's Hot Streak Tuesday, June 23rd, 2015 Lady Luck was not on the side of Victor Bailey or his teammates today at Staples Field @ The Rose Bowl. Everything went the So Cal Republic way. They not only came away with a 9-2 victory, but also held Bailey hitless in 5 at-bats to put an end to the right fielder's 20-game hitting streak. "It was a good run," Bailey said afterward. "But it'd be much easier to take right now if we had won." Bailey is currently batting .324 with 1 home run and 18 RBIs. |   |
