 | So Cal Shortstop Out Saturday, May 30th, 2015 Dealing with injuries is part of the game, and now Joe Frost of the Republic knows this firsthand. He was injured against the New York Mafia while colliding with a player at a base. Because of a sprained ankle, the So Cal shortstop is expected to miss 2 months. Frost was a little upset, but understands it comes with the territory. "Baseball can be a contact sport. You try to be careful, but no matter how careful you are, injuries happen."
