 | Capitalists Glenn Floyd Sidelined Thursday, September 4th, 2014 It took the Washington team doctor a while to realize it, but starting pitcher Glenn Floyd won't simply play through shoulder inflammation after he got hurt throwing a pitch in today's Hops-Capitalists game. At first, it looked like Floyd might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 6 months. This year Floyd has a 8-6 record with a 5.27 ERA in 24 starts. |   |
