Ashton Finley has been penalized by the commissioner's office for his verbal and physical assault of an umpire. The catcher unleashed his fury in protesting a third-strike call in yesterday's New York-Texas game at The Battlefield. And now he has to pay for it -- Finley has been suspended for 4 games for his unacceptable actions. The commissioner said in his statement that the league would have zero tolerance for any contact with an umpire, unintentional or otherwise. |   |
