 | Dubreuil Takes Out Frustrations on Locker, Suffers Consequences

After suffering through yet another heartbreaking loss, South Carolina reliever Dorian Dubreuil took his frustration out in the clubhouse. At first, Dubreuil expressed his rage by shouting loudly and overturning a water cooler. However, the tantrum took a particularly ugly turn when Dubreuil decided to take his anger out on his locker. "He unleashed a couple swift jabs to the metal door, then I saw him clutching his hand and wincing," said teammate Dave Nicholson. "I knew right then he'd hurt himself pretty bad." X-rays confirmed that Dubreuil had in fact fractured his hand. "He's gonna be out for at least a month," said manager Tom Ritchie. "He really needs to learn to control his anger. Not having him available is gonna be a major setback for our team." The team will explore free agent and trade options, but may be forced to fill Dubreuil's position internally. |   |
