 | May's Top Hurler is Ueno Monday, June 1st, 2015 When the Golden Eagles skipper wrote Ueno on the lineup card, it was a bad omen for the opposition. Outing after outing in May he took command and usually got the win. He dominated with a 4-1 mark and 2.67 ERA in 5 starts. The gifted Golden Eagles star pitched 27 innings, fanned 36 and held opposing teams to a .250 average. For his excellent mound work Ueno was named the PL Pitcher of the Month by the baseball writers. Thus far this season Ueno has posted a 6-2 record, started 10 games, struck out 65 batters in 54.1 innings and compiled a 4.14 ERA. |   |
