 | PL Pick for Top Pitcher in September is Yokota Tuesday, October 1st, 2013 36-year-olds don't often go 2-0 in and haul away the the best pitcher award, but Seinosuke Yokota did all that. Now, he's the toast of the Pacific League. Today he was crowned the Pitcher of the Month for September. In 4 starts he posted a 1.55 ERA and struck out 32 batters in 29 innings.
