The 20-year-old shortstop was dubbed the Lester B. Person League Player of the Week for a 6-game tear that saw him hit at a .423 clip.
For the week He also chalked up 11 hits in 26 at-bats, 4 home runs, 13 RBIs and 7 runs scored.
Looking at his present stats, Davidson has compiled a .329 batting average in 54 games with a .414 on-base percentage, while hitting 11 home runs and driving in 40 runs. |   |
