 | Rocher Blisters Victoria Tuesday, May 26th, 2015 Today the Monarchs downed the Capitals 12-11 as Victor Rocher sprayed hits all over Ballpark of Chilliwack College in a 5-hit explosion, finishing with 5 hits in 6 at-bats. The London second baseman said to reporters in the postgame interview, "It makes it easier if you get a good pitch. The odds are in your favor then, not the pitcher's. I got a bunch of very pretty pitches to hit today and I didn't miss any of them." Victor Rocher singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 5th, singled in the 7th and flied out in the 8th. So far this season Rocher has gotten 71 hits in 191 at-bats for a .372 batting average with 4 home runs. His stats include 27 RBIs and 55 runs scored. He has played in 47 games. |   |
