 | Top Pitcher Award Announced by LBL Tuesday, July 9th, 2013 The Kelowna clubhouse staff referred to him as "the kid" this season. Next year Frank Wider will have to have a new nickname. He earned it after winning the 2013 Lester B. Person League Cy Young Award. Wider made 13 starts this year, winning 9 and losing 0. He threw 94.2 innings, fanned 122, allowed 77 hits and 16 walks, while holding opposing teams to a .215 average as he logged an impressive 1.43 ERA. |   |
