 | Cowboys Ruíz Has 15 Ks Monday, May 18th, 2015 Carlos Ruíz of the Oklahoma State Cowboys struck out an amazing 15 batters today at Ballpark of Bismarck College and whipped the Florida Gators 2-0. Ruíz allowed 2 hits and gave up no walks in a sensational mound performance. "I really felt like I had complete command of all my pitches during the game," said a smiling Ruíz when asked about his stellar outing. "These types of games don't happen all the time, so I'm going to savor this one for a while." So far this season Ruíz has a 5-0 record, 10 starts, 67.1 innings, 105 strikeouts and a 1.74 ERA. |   |
