 | Cain Hits for the Cycle Sunday, May 10th, 2015 Mississippi State right fielder Jamie Cain had a field day at Berthoud College Grounds battering Tulane pitchers and hitting for the cycle. He sparked the Bulldogs to a 12-4 triumph over the Green Wave by going 5-6 with 4 runs batted in and scoring 2 runs. Jamie Cain hit a two-run home run off Tulon Yildizoglu in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, tripled in the 5th, hit a two-run single in the 6th, doubled in the 7th and grounded out in the 9th. So far this season Cain has hit .293 with 2 home runs, 13 RBIs and and scored 13 times. |   |
