 | Brown's Hit Streak Reaches 25 Games Sunday, April 19th, 2015 Bob Brown, first baseman for the Vanderbilt Commodores, ran his consecutive-game hitting streak to 25 games with 1 hit in his club's 7-2 victory today over the Missouri Tigers at Ballpark of Barrow College. Bob Brown struck out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th and walked in the 7th. For the season Brown has hit .419 with 4 home runs and 19 RBIs.
